A guide to military ranks, skills and experience

The JobOppO Military Skills Translator has been designed to assist Employment Partners better understand what Veterans or Service Leavers might have done and how that might support their business need. JobOppO encourages employers to use this information when they receive applications from people with a military background as we appreciate sometimes a "Veteran CV" can present a dilemma. This is a generic guide and not every Veteran will possess all the attributes listed, in fa t many will have assimilated additional skills.
